CAIR Plastic Injection

CAIR Tunisie is a manufacturing plant for para pharmaceutical syringe products.
The plastic injection workshop use softened water to help cool manufacturing processes and plastic injection equipment. Although we were using a water softener to help prevent scaling in the equipment, it was inadequate and we were still getting a significant amount of mineral scaling and a lot of rust, visible on the flow meters of the machines. The Vulcan S25 was used to solve our scaling and rust issues.
